Beach living doesn’t get much better than this. Our fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse is located right across the street from the sand. There’s a crosswalk just steps from the front door, so you and your family can enjoy safe and easy beach days from the moment you arrive. You can walk to downtown Cocoa Beach for locally-owned restaurants, shops, and cafes, or simply relax on your private back patio. Whether you’re here to surf, sunbathe, or just unwind, this home has everything you need for a stress-free vacation.

The Space
This townhouse was designed to feel modern, comfortable, and relaxed. The living room has plenty of space for everyone, with a large double-chaise sofa and a 65” flat-screen TV. There’s also a papasan chair for curling up with a book. The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked with everything you’ll need, including a large island with seating for eight, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and even a Vitamix blender. Meals can be enjoyed together on the back deck, which has a dining table for eight, or you can walk to one of Cocoa Beach’s many restaurants.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both upstairs master suites feature king beds with 12-inch memory foam mattresses, en suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and 55” smart TVs. One suite has its own balcony with ocean views. Downstairs, you’ll find the Sea Turtle Room with two bunk beds, also with memory foam mattresses, which are perfect for kids or adults. The living room sofa folds out to sleep two additional guests.

Outdoor Living
The private backyard is set up for relaxation with a large deck, plenty of seating, a sun shade, and an outdoor surfboard shower. For your beach days, we provide four beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and kids’ toys.

Location
You’ll be staying in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Ron Jon Surf Shop is just down the road, Kennedy Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and Port Canaveral is only 15 minutes away. Orlando’s theme parks, including Disney and Universal, are close enough for an easy day trip.

Guest Access
Guests have complete access to the entire townhouse, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and private backyard. Free on-site parking, a private entrance, and self check-in with a smart lock make your stay simple and convenient.

Other Notes
The thermostat is set within a comfortable range of 67 to 82 degrees, but we can adjust it upon request. Guests can also purchase a Surf Cocoa Beach Tervis Tumbler as a keepsake to take a little piece of Cocoa Beach home with them.
